Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC Operator experience in a manufacturing or machine shop.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills; able to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers and gauges to drawings.
• Monitor operations and adjust machines to resolve issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and follow safety protocols.
