Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC Operator experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills.
• Reliable, detail oriented team player with good attendance.
• Able to stand 8 hours and lift up to 70 pounds. PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges per drawings.
• Monitor machining processes and adjust to resolve issues.
• Perform routine CNC maintenance and ensure safety protocols.
