Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our nursing team. You’ll provide hands-on care and assist residents with activities of daily living under the supervision of licensed staff.

You’ll help observe changes in condition, promote comfort and safety, and engage residents to maintain dignity and independence. Previous long-term care experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior living or healthcare preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to caring for older adults.
• Dependable with a strong commitment to resident care and safety.
• Ability to recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently while also being a dependable member of the nursing team.
• Understanding of basic infection prevention and resident-safety practices.
• Commitment to protecting resident rights, dignity, privacy and confidentiality.
