Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Jonesburg, MO. The role focuses on direct resident care, ADLs, and collaboration with the care team in a skilled nursing facility.

You will maintain records, participate in assessments, and contribute to safe, clean living spaces for residents, with competitive wages and shift differentials offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid license in Missouri.
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to lift/move residents as needed, stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and observational care.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and conditions.
