Job summary

Bob and Ginny Shell Memory Care is seeking a CNA to provide resident care on the night shift (6:30 pm–7:00 am). You will assist with hygiene, bathing, feeding, mobility, and comfort, monitor vitals, and report concerns to the LPN/RN while following infection-control policies.

Qualified applicants must hold current Arkansas CNA certification; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Long‑term care experience is a plus, and strong communication skills are essential for working with

• Must have Arkansas CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Nursing Assistant certificate accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident care needs including oral hygiene, bathing, nail care, shaving, and hair care.
• Meet bowel and bladder needs per standards of care.
• Assist with residents' nutritional needs.
• Assist with activities such as ambulation, moving, lifting, and positioning.
