Job summary

SSM Health Monroe Clinic Hospital in Monroe, WI is hiring a Regular full-time CNA for the Inpatient Services unit. The role covers night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with a 36-hour weekly schedule and every 3rd weekend rotation. Requires Wisconsin CNA certification and BLS HCP; education equivalency for licensing acceptable.

Responsibilities include assisting with nursing care, data collection, patient transfers, discharge prep, and basic clerical tasks as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Education equivalency for licensing.
• No experience required.
• Wisconsin CNA certification (or ability to obtain) and BLS HCP certification as applicable in WI.

Responsibilities

• Receives and executes patient care assignments from the RN.
• Monitors patient condition, documents data, and communicates changes to the licensed nurse.
• Assists with activities of daily living and personal care tasks.
• Supports discharge planning and accompanies patients as indicated.
• Performs clerical duties and maintains unit supplies as needed.
