Responsabilités

• Receive patient care assignments from the RN and perform delegated nursing activities within scope.
• Document data for admissions and reassessments, and communicate changes to the licensed nurse.
• Relate information via charting and communicate with team members.
• Assist with activities of daily living and prepare patients for discharge as indicated.
• Maintain supplies/equipment and assist with clerical duties as needed.
