Job summary

SSM Health in Wisconsin (Monroe Clinic Hospital) seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care on the Inpatient Services unit. Night shift, 36 hours per week, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care and implementing care plans per unit standards.

You will collaborate with the care team, educate patients and families, and uphold evidence-based practice. This role requires a nursing license, BLS certification, and a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure required for state of work.
• BLS HCP (American Heart Association) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to established policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement patient care plans using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with inter-professional team and family for goal setting and care delivery.
• Educate patients and families to promote health and comfort.
