Qualifications

• Active CNA certification post CNA program completion.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for residents under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreation, outings).
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Ensure patient safety by lifting and transferring patients as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient service.
• Maintain organizational efficiency to keep the unit running smoothly.
