Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from state.
• Maintain CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) to residents daily and as needed.
• Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, and food intake.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Promote a compassionate environment and collaborate with the care team to support needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility records and follow safety protocols.
