Job summary

Shandin Hills Behavioral Health Center is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate healthcare team in California. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and an evening shift (2:30 pm - 10:30 pm) with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

You will work under a licensed nurse to provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, ambulation, transfers, and routine

Qualifications

Must have completed a state-approved CNA program.
Must hold current CNA certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
Assist residents with ambulation and transfers.
Assist licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
Promote a culture of safety in the living environment.
