This role requires Oklahoma RN licensure, ADN with BSN preferred, BLS and ACLS, and two years in acute care with supervisory experience. You will lead a fast-paced team and uphold the facility’s patient-centered care standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from Oklahoma required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS required; ACLS required prior to clinical work.
• Two years’ acute care nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and patient-centered care competencies.
• Ability to manage high-stress environments and staff resources.

Responsibilities

• Assume shift responsibility for direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team to achieve safe patient outcomes.
• Take a patient load and participate in staff performance reviews.
• Provide professional leadership supporting the facility’s vision and goals.
• Oversee employees under supervision, including corrective action and reviews.
• Promote patient-centered care and professional standards at all times.
