Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice. BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural needs.
• Formulate plan of care including discharge planning and goals with patient/family.
• Implement plan of care and supervise care provided by team.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plan as needed.
• Document care plans and patient responses in the chart.
• Participate in leadership and mentoring to improve nursing quality.
