Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in Colorado.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care per policy.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and discharge planning.
• Document care and ensure patient safety and continuity of care.
• Serve as charge nurse and supervise shifts as assigned.
• Educate patients and families and provide evidence-based care.
