Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within three years of assuming the Charge RN position.
• State RN licensure; BLS healthcare provider; relevant certification as determined at position level.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR card must be valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Model proficiency through precepting new to healthcare or UCHealth staff.
• Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
