Job summary

southeastern Freight Lines is hiring a P&D Driver to pick up, transport, and deliver freight locally. You will be the face of the company, serving customers regularly and adhering to safety and DOT rules.

The role requires a CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Twin Trailers endorsements, minimum 6 months driving experience (1 year preferred), and the ability to read, write, and navigate using maps and road signs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months driving experience; 1 year preferred.
• Valid CDL with HAZMAT, Tanker and Twin Trailers endorsements; no automatic restrictions.
• Must be 21+ and able to read/write in English; read maps and road signs.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport and deliver freight locally as the face of the company.
• Perform vehicle inspections; manage loading/unloading and DOT paperwork.
• Maintain safety, report incidents and delays, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Operate tractor-trailer under DOT rules and company policies.
