Job summary

Performance Foodservice is hiring a Shuttle Driver in Fort Myers, FL to move empty trailers between operating locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations in compliance with DOT regulations.

You will perform safety checks, route planning, and professional communication with customers and coworkers. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday nights with competitive pay and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12 months of commercial driving experience required.
• Clean MVR past 3 years.
• Must be 21+ and pass pre-employment checks (drug test, road test).

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections of tractor/trailer per DOT regulations.
• Drives and delivers trailers on predetermined routes.
• Ensures freight is loaded and secured.
• Completes daily hours-of-service logs as required.
