Akumin Inc. is seeking dependable CDL Class A truck drivers to transport mobile medical imaging trailers (MRI, PET & CT) on dedicated routes in the Upper Peninsula, MI. Night shifts, 2PM–6PM start and 12AM–4AM finish, with comprehensive training for 4–6 weeks.

Candidates need a clean DOT record, valid CDL-A, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and comfortable setting up medical equipment. We offer paid training, health and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CDL-A license in the state of residence and DOT medical certification.
• Ability to set up medical equipment at delivery sites (training provided).
• Clean DOT driving record.
• Must pass background and drug test.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive tractors with automatic transmission with 1-2 years of experience; 2 years preferred.
• Operate and safely drive assigned vehicle.
• Ensure trailers are securely connected.
• Set up medical equipment at destination.
• Follow ICC/DOT regulations and safety protocols.
• Perform QA checks if required.
