Job summary

Akumin Inc is seeking dependable CDL Class A truck drivers to operate mobile medical imaging trailers (MRI, CT, PET) on dedicated night routes in California. You will drive tractor trailers, set up and tear down equipment at client sites, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries.

Training is provided, with a 4–6 week program; the role includes night shifts 2PM-6PM start and 12AM-4AM finish, 4–5 nights per week, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license with DOT medical certification.
• Clean DOT driving record and safe driving history.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and set up medical trailers.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile medical imaging trailers (MRI/CT/PET) on dedicated routes.
• Drive tractors with automatic transmission and ensure secure trailer connections.
• Set up and tear down medical equipment at client sites during deliveries.
