MBK Senior Living is hiring a part-time Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and personal care. The role requires compassion, attention to safety, and the ability to follow individualized care plans and ISP instructions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong patient care and empathy to support residents in daily living activities
• Ability to read, understand ISP and shift reports and follow directions accurately
• Must communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility
• Provide safe transport and transfers for residents using proper techniques
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed for residents and the community
• Monitor safety, report changes in resident condition, and protect privacy and dignity
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies with professionalism and care
• Support program engagement and activities to enhance resident well-being
