Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, mobility, and compassionate care. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and high-quality service within a hospitality-driven environment.

Hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with monthly schedules. The team benefits from ongoing training, health coverage options for full-time staff, and a supportive community focused on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required).
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport for residents and assist with transfers.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining independence and dignity.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and the community.
• Follow ISP and safety guidelines and communicate changes to supervisors.
