MBK Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to join our team. The role involves assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living, ensuring safety, dignity and compassionate service across shifts on Sundays and Mondays.

The Caregiver supports meal times, mobility, and daily routines, while maintaining MBK’s commitment to quality care and respectful treatment of residents. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and medication management certifications where

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state).
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless required by the state.
• 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining independence, dignity, safety and privacy.
• Review shift reporting and ISP; complete assigned resident tasks during shift.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Provide safe transport for residents and support transfers with proper technique.
• Engage residents, foster wellbeing, and follow policies and guidelines.
