Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Care Partner to support the nursing team and promote a positive patient experience by assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic care under the guidance of a registered nurse.

You will assist with ADLs, ambulation, and comfort measures, while maintaining safety, accuracy in documentation, and collaboration with physicians and staff in a fast-paced unit.

Qualifikationen

• Rising senior in good standing or HS diploma/GED.
• All certifications required upon hire: BLS or ARC-BLS or BLS-Instructor.

Aufgaben

• Excellence in Patient Experience by partnering with healthcare team, patient and family.
• Patient Centered Care: follow plan of care and engage patient and family.
• Documents completion of patient care in EMR and reports to RN/Charge Nurse.
• Performs safety checks and helps with basic procedures as directed by licensed staff.
• Transports supplies, medications, and equipment as assigned.
• Communicates effectively using AIDET and chain of command when needed.
