Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking dedicated care professionals to support residents in a 6pm-6am Wednesday shift. You will assist with personal care, daily activities, and participate in shift reports to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves housekeeping, laundry, and helping residents attend enrichment programs while maintaining infection control and residents' rights. CPR/First Aid certification preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide preferred, but not required.
• License/Certificate for Medication Assistance (if applicable) as needed per state regulations preferred.
• CPR certification / First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks.
• Perform laundry duties.
• Review and participate in shift reports and handoffs.
• Assist residents to life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence and respect residents' rights.
• Respond to resident calls promptly.
• Maintain infection control practices.
