Experience Senior Living LLC. seeks a dedicated Care Partner/Medication Assistant for PRN weekend shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support personal choices, and respond to calls promptly.

Training is provided; state regulations may require relevant certifications. A compassionate, patient-focused approach is essential. Responsibilities include housekeeping, infection control, and collaboration with health and wellness staff to ensure resident safety and comfort

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred but not required; state regulations apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned.
