Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Engage with residents to build empathy and connection.
• Be proactive in encouraging resident participation and social engagement.
