Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner for a full-time overnight shift in Ballwin, MO. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, providing empathetic care, and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment.

The position requires 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $23.50 per hour with benefits. The shift runs 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM across two-week rotations.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading, writing, and communication with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking as well as after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.
