Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Liberty, MO is seeking a Care Partner for the 7pm–7am shift. This full‑time role pays $17.50–$25 per hour, with a schedule that includes alternating weeks on weekdays and weekends. You will support residents with ADLs and contribute to a home‑like, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as part of daily care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create a caring, empathetic environment and support residents with daily activities.
• Engage residents to promote well‑being and safety during shifts.
