Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active lifestyle required: standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care as required.
• Create a compassionate, empathetic environment and promote resident safety and comfort.
