Arrow Senior Living - Boulevard Wentzville is hiring a Part-Time Care Partner for the 7:00am–7:00pm shift on Wednesdays and Thursdays, at 110 Perry Cate Boulevard, Wentzville, MO 63385. You will provide compassionate support to residents and help with daily activities, promoting dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident data.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Care Partner assists residents with activities of daily living and provides companionship.
• May involve monitoring residents, ensuring safety, and helping with daily routines.
