Arrow Senior Living in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Care Partner for the 7pm–7am shift. The role offers a full-time schedule with a pay range of $17.50–$25 per hour. The team emphasizes empathy, respect, and resident well‑being, with opportunities for growth and internal promotion.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, maintaining safety, and fostering a supportive, inclusive community. You’ll join a compassionate team dedicated to quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use computers to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active lifestyle; able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities
