Arrow Senior Living in Blue Springs, MO is seeking a Care Partner for a full-time 6am-6pm shift. You will assist residents with daily activities and provide empathetic, respectful care to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information.
• Must be physically active: stand, walk, bend, knee, stoop all day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Support residents with activities of daily living.
• Create an empathetic and inclusive environment for residents and teammates.
