Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, Bethesda, MD is seeking a part-time Caregiver to support residents in performing ADLs, follow individualized service plans, and promote a safe, dignified living environment. You will engage residents through daily activities and assist with dining services.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and a compassionate, reliable approach with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Create enriching experiences for memory care residents.
