Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Part-time Caregiver to provide compassionate personal care and support with ADLs, follow ISP, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents in daily activities.

You will assist dining services, maintain a welcoming environment, communicate with families and care leaders, and contribute to meaningful experiences in Memory Care. This role offers paid training, benefits eligibility, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to resident plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
