Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Care Manager for the 3–11pm shift. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, follow ISPs, document changes, and promote safety and dignity while encouraging independence.

You will engage residents in conversation and daily activities and support dining services in a warm environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are 18+, and hold CPR/First Aid certification or be able to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
