Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Bethesda, MD seeks compassionate Caregivers to support residents with daily living activities and enhance quality of life. You will assist with ADLs, follow care plans, and promote safety and dignity in a warm environment.

You’ll build meaningful connections through daily interactions, help with dining, and collaborate with families and care leaders to deliver personalized support. Paid training and opportunities for growth are included.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to perform ADLs with compassion and respect.
• Strong communication skills and reliability are essential.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
