Sunrise Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader and mentor for the caregiving team. You will provide direct ADL support, coach staff on hospitality and documentation, and ensure high-quality resident care aligned with ISP goals.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma/GED and CPR/First Aid certifications, with experience in assisted living or memory care. This part-time role offers growth opportunities and a supportive work environment at

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Medication administration certification or training.
• Strong communication, delegation and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with ISP.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Promote safety, compliance and smooth shift transitions.
