Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Provide medication reminders and escort services as needed.
• Follow supervisor-determined schedule and document daily care logs.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents and maintain dignity and confidentiality.
• Communicate resident issues to supervisor and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor with residents and coworkers.
