Job summary

Regina Health Center in Richfield, Ohio, is seeking part-time Resident Care Assistants for the 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. shift on the Assisted Living floor. Position includes weekends/holidays rotation with 24 hours per week. Competitive wages and benefits provided within a faith-based environment.

Responsibilities include responding to call lights, assisting with personal care, mobility, dressing, and light housekeeping to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting and caring for older adults in a health care setting.
• Knowledge of personal care tasks and mobility assistance.
• Compassionate, empathetic approach and good communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights
• Providing restroom and shower assistance
