Job summary

National Church Residences in Hilliard, OH is seeking a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant to work PRN night shifts from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The role provides direct resident care and supports daily living activities in a senior living environment.

You will assist with mobility, bathing, meals, and routine checks, document care, and communicate changes to the Charge Nurse while upholding resident rights and safety policies. Prior experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Two to four years preferred.
• Must have good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English; basic computer literacy in Windows/Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct resident care needs including ADLs.
• Record vitals, weights and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and assist with meals.
• Communicate changes to supervisor and respect resident rights.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
