Job summary

Regina Health Center in Richfield, Ohio, is seeking part-time Resident Care Assistants for the 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. shift on the Assisted Living floor. Position includes weekends/holidays rotation with 24 hours per week. Competitive wages and benefits provided within a faith-based environment.

Regina Health Center – Richfield, Ohio

Regina Health Center, a mission-based skilled nursing and assisted living facility located on 230 beautiful acres in Richfield, Ohio, is seeking dedicated Resident Care Assistants to join our exceptional team on 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), part-time3 days per week. This position includes rotating weekends and holidays on the Assisted Living floor.

Responsibilities:

• Answer call lights
• Providing restroom and shower assistance
• Assist with dressing and other personal resident needs
• Additional duties include light housekeeping, laundry assistance, and continuous attention to small details to ensure a clean and safe environment for our Assisted Living Residents

Preferred Skills:

• Experience assisting and working with older adults within a health care setting
• Knowledge of personal care and assistance with mobility
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on promoting independence and dignity
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to politely and efficiently interact with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals
• Commitment to working with a diverse population, including individuals with varying levels of cognitive impairment and physical abilities
