West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc. (WSFSSH) is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide hands‑on ADL support for residents in a nonprofit senior housing setting.

You will follow individualized care plans under supervision, ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort in daily activities. The role is on‑site, five days a week, with duties including bathing, feeding, documentation, and collaboration with nursing and building staff.

Qualifications

• Provides hands-on personal care with dignity and privacy.
• Observes and reports changes in resident condition.
• Follows individualized care plans and directions from supervisor.
• Keeps care notes and logs per policy.
• Communicates respectfully with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding within safety guidelines.
• Observe and report changes in condition promptly.
• Follow infection control practices and PPE usage.
• Maintain a safe environment and document care activities.
• Coordinate with nursing, social services, and building staff.
• Participate in handoffs and care plan updates.
