Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living and personal care.
• Document services provided to residents.
• Escort residents to appointments.
• Assist in preparing resident rooms for treatments.
• Facilitate resident activities and outings.
• Provide coverage at the front desk as needed.
• Visit residents in other facilities as directed.
