Job summary

Qualifications

• Comply with all regulations and standards.
• Communicate effectively with managers and teams.
• Ability to drive safely and assist with client transportation.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all federal, state and accreditation requirements.
• Greet new admissions and complete forms, orientate clients to facility and services.
• Coordinate transportation for appointments and admissions; provide transportation as needed.
• Assist with administration of UTOX testing samples and daily resident routines.
• Perform safety checks, inspections and ensure supplies are stocked; report defects.
