Job summary

HonorHealth John C Lincoln is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Supervisor for nights to oversee the CV Respiratory Therapy Department. The role coordinates staffing, schedules, and patient care while aligning with HonorHealth's pillars of excellence.

Certification requirements include ACLS and Arizona RCP license; a master’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or education is preferred. The position is based in Phoenix, AZ and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 5 years clinical experience in an acute care facility with 1 year of lead experience required
• 7 years clinical experience in an acute care facility and 3 years of lead experience OR 2 years of vascular access insertion experience preferred
• Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) Arizona Respiratory License required; ACLS required

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing levels which meet or exceed WHOUPS goals
• Compose and manage the department schedule to meet obligations and productivity
• Conduct huddles to review operations, patient care, and communication requirements
• Stay updated on policy, procedures and processes; promote standardization and collaboration
• Provide evaluations and engage department staff in safety and growth initiatives
