Job summary

Tanner-Health-1 is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for Cardiopulmonary duties during Nights. The role involves administering respiratory treatments, airway management, ventilator stewardship, and blood gas analyses within hospital policy under general supervision.

Requires ACLS, CPR, PALS, RRT and Respiratory Care Professional certifications, with a minimum of three years related experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
• Must become certified in PALS and ACLS within 8 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory treatments.
• Perform airway management and ventilator management.
• Collect and analyze blood gases and perform noninvasive cardiology procedures.
• Provide high level of customer service and act as a resource to staff.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement.
