Qualifications

• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of industrial utility systems maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical systems, welding and pneumatics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate boiler and refrigeration equipment safely and efficiently as per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Respond to chemical leaks/spills and participate in the plant Emergency Response Team.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate with vendors for parts and support.
• Maintain and monitor plant steam production and ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance per SAP work orders and maintenance plans.
• Train new hires and junior staff on safety and operating procedures.
• Adhere to GMPs, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure product quality.
