Job summary

Sprung Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a 24/7 food manufacturing facility in the Burnsville area.

You will join a five-person team, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including a high‑pressure boiler, wastewater systems, and other facility systems. Working with limited supervision, you will aim to minimize downtime while maintaining safety, food safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minnesota 2B Boiler License or higher is required.
• 10+ years of related maintenance experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and piping diagrams.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment down to component level with limited supervision.
• Document maintenance work and requisitions accurately in CMMS or equivalent system.
