Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical, piping, and electrical schematics/diagrams is preferred.
• 1 year of industrial maintenance experience with steam or refrigeration is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install and troubleshoot boiler and refrigeration systems throughout the plant.
• Follow safety rules and promote a safe, healthy workplace.
• Maintain GMPs and food safety, ensuring product quality.
• Read and interpret mechanical, piping, and electrical schematics.
• Use SAP CMMS to document maintenance and reliability data.
• Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to improve asset reliability.
