Sheridan Ohio is hiring for an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery on a night shift. We’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment, work as part of a team, and meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

6 team members are being hired; full-time with overtime opportunities. Benefits offered after 30 days and PPE provided to ensure safety and long-term growth in print manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly and monitor product quality.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime.
